Tipping is not included in your tour price, but it’s a wonderful way to show appreciation for the amazing service you’ll receive! While some nationalities may not be accustomed to tipping, it’s a common practice in many of the countries we visit, especially in restaurants, bars, and taxis.
Your Expat Explore crew, including your tour leader and driver, will work hard to make your trip unforgettable, and a tip is a fantastic way to say "thank you" for their efforts. At the end of your tour, you’ll have the chance to show your gratitude with a tip. We suggest around £4-£6, €5-€7, or $6-$8 per person per day, but of course, this is entirely voluntary and just a guide.
If you take a walking tour with a local guide, a tip at the end is always appreciated, though not expected.
