When do I need to provide my Important Passenger Information?

Around 60 days before your departure, we’ll send you an email asking for your Important Passenger Information. If you’re ready before then, you’re more than welcome to submit it sooner!

You can easily submit your information by logging into your website account, or if it’s easier, just email us and we’ll happily send you the link.

This information is vital for streamlining border crossings, designating rooms, serving the correct meals, and assisting with any other preferences you may have, ensuring everything is prepared for a seamless travel experience.
